variation meeting

morning all... a quick update on my variation meeting that is due to take place on 25 th feb, it has to go ahead as when they issue a breach , which I will add we never received,they have to follow a procedure, so still gotta wait for the creditors to accept the variation, Ian ...I thank you for the help you gave us ...and when i expressed my concerns about the selling of debt matters IVA book to GT AND tOTEMIC she nearly had a seizure "how do you know that"?? I'm in the know was my reply....mel i quoted your post word for word to her and she just fobbed me off with we can't get in touich with the creditors before the meeting as its classed as haerrassment...so still no further forward but 11 days and counting ...god wish i was back at work ...holidays are so boring ..at least I've not got time to dwell when i'm at work ...roll on monday ..saddo !!! x

I think that all I can say is "No comment!".

Whilst this seems to be a bit of a mess for you, in reality it is extremely unlikely to affect you at all, so keep up the good work with making those ongoing payments into the future.

Without going into too much detail, one or 2 key documents appear not to have reached the poster. including the report accompanying the retraction notice.

I am told that the missing document will be provided by e-mail later today. Fingers crossed I am hopeful of a positive final outcome.
