To be honest I don't expect Melanie to sort it out - I just want to take the opportunity to meet her [:)]

After reading the emails from Accuma and talking over what has happened, hubby and I are resigned to him going BR and we hope the creditors get as little as possible now.

I know not everyone will agree with that thought.

I'm confident 2009 will be a good year for us and at least this has happened early on in the year.....now to get rid of all these ulcers [:(!]

It serves the creditors right that they will get nothing, but the word compassion doesn't exist in their vocabulary.

It's Julie and her hubby I feel sorry for, they have tried so hard and yet been knocked back.

It's enough to make you want to give up.

Good luck to you both. I wouldn't worry about the creditors. You were prepared to pay as much as you could, but because of the their small mindedness they won't get anything.

You would need to ask the court if you need a notice of failure for your IVA - maybe the court will accept copies of the emails from Accuma. It's worth asking!

Hi Julie

I shall look forward to seeing you - tomorrow? You may need to contact me first to let me know your timings, in which case Andy can send you my personal e-mail so that you can contact me.

Bring all of the paperwork with you, and if bankruptcy is the only option we can ring the Court together and make the necessary arrangements.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
