Can I just correct something here in that the minimum notice period for a creditors meeting is 14 and not 21 days. Two additional days should be added to this to allow for posting.

Thank you Melanie, im not sure if the lady who emailed meant that the supervisor would send it back to her or to the creditors as this was not made clear. But hey, at least things are moving.

LONDON: Shares in Northern Rock PLC jumped 12 percent Wednesday on reports that the private equity firm J.C. Flowers has raised about 15 billion pounds (US$30 billion; €21 billion) in preparation for a possible takeover.

Hubby has recieved a text message saying the variation report has now been posted to him to be signed and returned immediately.
Ggggrrr on the very day the postal strike starts again so probably wont get it till next week now.[:(!]
