We can only say it as it is. I must admit I have picked up no end since I found this site it really helps to talk it through with others in the same position and also experts as well. Just as a thought can the expert companies that post on this site perhaps inform others of it's existence perhaps when sending packs out. I only found it by chance and it certainly helps.

Most of the firms are aware of this Forums existence and where criticism of firms is articulated I and Melanie try and get that firm to respond - do yes they all are beginning to post and it will grow.

Hi David,
I was thinking more in terms of your clients. I am sure if companies put a little note in thier packs to look on this site for some impartial advice then it would put them more at ease as they would feel comfortable that the advise they had been given was good and if not then they could make a decision to look for someone else. Just think that the forum is a brilliant place for any one that has any debt issues to get clear answers as well as making feel a lot more comfortable with thier situations.

Thats good Melanie, just I wasn't aware of the site and now I have it is making the whole process a lot easier as I can get answers to ease my mind without having to constantly phone my IP. A lot of the answers have already been given on here so just by looking you can ease your mind alot
