Hi and welcome,

I'm surprised you've not received anything after this time.

Your details will have been passed on to whoever took over their portfolio so you will be ok.

I actually can't find anything out about it going into administration - the website is still up and running.

There seem to be a lot of companies either struggling or offloading portfolios
their website says they were the third biggest[:(]

The other company in the group is Debt Relief Direct.

They are taking over some DMP cases from PDHL so it may be possible that you end up still dealing with a company in the same group.

However like anything with IVA companies that is just conjecture until something really happens.

The notice is in really, really small print which suggest that they may still be taking on new clients during this period.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Hi Emma,

My last payment was in September 2015 and they promised me that I will get my completion certificate within two months, however after chasing so many times I just found out that Varden Nuttall went into administration and all our cases are now handled by Paul Boyle & Tom Bowes of Harrisons Business Recovery and Insolvency Limited and Ben Woolrych & Phil Pierce of FRP Advisory LLP, and after chasing them again many times I just got an email saying they can't give me any answer on whats going to happen and I have to wait.

Very stressing situation, but I've been assured by many people that all what we paid should be protected and its only a matter of time.

Thanks
Younis

Your money will be fine younis - just may take them a little longer to get your completion to you.

I know it's not ideal but you will get there.
