Hi everyone here's what I have done. Emailed declan, he said he would phone the ip...no respose for the past few hours. Emailed eleanor...no response ( told her to remember preious emails I have saying she is over riding claiming the ppi for the house sale we had (lost due to non appearance in time amongst other things) and also due to pauls job etc and we had no ppi. Also not been mis sold..no response. Emails customer services many times. Imogen couldn't help. So had to go down complaints to dfd and dfd solicitor and on the verge of the chartered accountants complaints. Have no time to mess about. Thank you all...another mountain for me to climb :/ ..oh hold fire eleanor has just emailed. Apparently she has been given conflicting info from her team and she has asked it to be looked into and she will get back to me this afternoon. Some hope then :) . Thanks everyone

So did I but no joy :/ no idea what an agent is. I have forwarded her all the emails I have had for the last 4 onths regarding ppi so not sure what else she needs...until tomorrow I guess

I will be awaiting answers until noon then I am speaking to a solicitor depending on the outcome as yesterday my solicitor said there may be a case for loss ofearnings due to neglience, if my husband loses his job. Also I am wondering what would happen if we simply refuse to claim ppi as we have our copletion ertificate anyway. Wouldn't be bothered if they still wanted to after taking our names off the insolvency though weare not prepared to wait 6 months and lose this job.

If you have been issued with a Completion Certificate then your IVA has ended, and the final report should be issued without any further delay. This matter really must be sorted out with extreme urgency for you
