I would rather hope that more effort would be put into actually getting you the Certificate of Due Completion - which would take no longer than a half-hour of someone's time, than dealing with perhaps a lengthy complaint. Let's hope common sense prevails here with Declan on the case - sometimes we all really need to know what effect our actions and inaction ca actually have on our clients' lives.

Thank you for your support mel. The last few months since may have been awful and I have been bombarding declan and dfd with emails. On top of that I have been trying to deal with my husbands depression around it all and look after the children and work mad hours in case we are down to one income. Tested our marriage to the max. I hope it does turn up before the week is out. I will copy and paste declans response. On a long night shift now so feeling a little fed up with it all. Sometimes carrying all the stress for the family gets me down but the forum helps me to get up again. The iva has been good with dfd. Its just the end. Promises should not be made that can't be kept to clients I guess

Message from declan (hoping this actually comes trues as I have heard it at least half a dozen times recently if not more)

Good afternoon Gina
I'm hoping that we can have everything with you / Insolvency Service this week. As this is now going to be death with by our complaints officer (whom I will be speaking with shortly) she will be dealing more directly though I will be keeping a close eye and putting pressure on to get this resolved asap as its been dragging on quite abit now.

Thanks

Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

Back on track..I just checked again and the one I got twice was a copy of the front sheet. The full completion certificate has a list of dividends and has a final report attatched. This is what the insolvency people get too. Waiting on declans timeline which he has said yesterday he will get to me today. He also hopes for it all to be finished by friday ...

The Certificate of Due Completion should be issed at the same time as the IP's final report, which you should also receive a copy of.
