I couldn't agree more Gina - I think my counselling work is what causes my inital chats to be longer than the average call because people feel able to off load when they need to as well as talking through the numbers. Sorting debts out is not just a journey to get out of debt for many, it is about getting a new way of life and feeling better about themselves.

Why am I not at all surprised that you offer this?! LOL re: holistic therapy for IP's!! There are many that are 'breaking their backs' to resolve these issues - extra work they didn't ask for, so they do deserve it too!!

Thanks skippy :) I have not had the final email containing the scan atatchment of the final report and ellies "cease to act notice" so waiting for that. Was promised it today so trying to be patient. Funny how when you are waiting for an email loads of rubbish decides to land that doesn't normally!

We are incredibly lucky to have a trained and qualified counsellor on board in Tina. She is truly amazing in dealing with some of our clients issues, and always has time for a chat if anyone wants to call her at any time.

Awh - bless you Gina.gu!! It was quite strange for me too, as I was willing you on so much, I thought at one point I was going to ask if you wanted a lift to their offices - really!! I hope our Olympians have as much spirit as you to bring in the medals!! You've got yours - CHAMPION!! xxx

Lol! I was on the verge of going and staging a sit in! Nice to know you cared :) you know gillib your no nonsense approach got me off my chair and got me moving again. Sometimes you need someone to say hey! You can't give up now! Get on with it and rest up when the jobs done! ....so easy to get fed up with everything isnnt it. Funny thing is. I am still very frugal. Hubby said what do u want for yiur birthday? Go and treat yourself and I said just a fancy cake handmade from the cake shop and a meal out! Going soft I think. Its the small things that count now. So the iva has taught me quite a lot. In the past I'd have had the lot! :)

Enjoy your birthday treat Gina-gu!! What better gift could you get than to get this all sorted, and for hubby to have things settled at work. It is definitely the small things that count. I'm so glad I, along with others here could be of use during this dreadful time. It's amazing that I can urge others on, but when I was falling apart - I didn't even have the 'bottle' to phone my CO/IP, and it was you and others on here who spurred me on and supported me through 'that dreadful weekend' a few weeks ago. All power to the forum & our Forum Friends eh?! xxx
