Brilliant news - am so pleased that your IP has prioritised this and that your husband's job is safe.

I heard back from icaew the governing body for ips. If anyone is interested they say "although they could not force my ip to do the paperwork at least not in the timeline I needed" but the fact I was told I did not have to claim ppi in april then I was told I did in julyand the issue around being given half the paperwork "could be seen as professional misconduct and have grounds for disciplinary action " . If you give a completion certificate you should give the rest too really in my book. They want to investigate anyhow. I have informed them I have my completion certificate now and most of the paperwork. The final dividends have not been done but the bit I want the letter to the insolvency has gone out today. All I want is something in place so no one goes through what we did. If I had been able to get an answer from my ip before 6 days left before the job went I wouldn't have had to complain. People make mistakes that's fine but they left me no option in my desperation for the paperwork . I have told them my ip is doing her own investigation too... Maybe some change will come from it ...I hope
