Wondering if declan in on the forum at the moment as after saying sarah was talking directly to my ip regarding the above I have just had an out of office email in response to my question as to what's happening....as yet yesterdays promise for a timeline has not happened

Its the end of the week today and nothing from declan or dfd :/ as a result my husband has been told this afternoon to start looking for a new job! Mainly due to saying what we had been told "tomorrow we will have an update" for the last 3 months. Really fed up. Dfd have really gone down in my estimation. Its like a cat and mouse game and verbal tennis. No promises for updates today or yesterday have been kept. Let down by declan too grrrr! Just when you think life is getting better

Hiya gillib .me too. Feel like my heart is in my mouth. Hubby is depressed again too. Keeps breaking down. Jobs are hard to come by. He's been iven a two week notice . Still nothing from declan or dfd. Broken promises and no comunication. Emails ignored. His work basically think he is lying as verything said by dfd was told to management. Just composed my complaint now.

It's no wonder hubby is in such a state. You must both be living on your nerves. This is one of the worst situations I have read on this Forum. You have both come so far, you can't be tripped up at the last hurdle. Whilst you are still chasing the proper documentation, will his employer not even acknowledge the front copy and any evidence he can show that he's tried everything to get the info (shot in the dark...)? x

Hiya. They accepted it and put him on duties not involving finance. As long as the papaerwork had at least been sent to the insolvency register then they were fine with it. Its just everytime we got an email that it will be 2 weeks or tomorrow we will know etc even two days ago when declan said he will ge a timeline and then he can back with an email saying they were asking my ip to send the documation needed to the insolvency before everyone else this weekend I got no email back to the question "what's happening" just a reply sarahs asking the ip directly! This was 36 hours ago. All these emails were shown to line manager today in desperation. He said its gone on long enough and basically declan and dfd are not "keeping their word" and "we need someone to do the whole job" he has two weeks if we get proof it has gone to insolvency ( I have someone there who will confirm if its been received) then he can stay on. If not its goodbye. Really embarassing to have to show the emails anyhow. :/

Gina, words fail me that you have been treated like this, hopefully Admin will keep this bumped up so that maybe one of the experts can give you some advice or otherwise email Declan urgently, this is appalling that your hubby is being treated in such a fashion and the stress that you are both enduring isn't right. Fingers crossed that this dreadful situation is resolved in a timely fashion and your hubby keeps his job. xxxxxxxx

Thanks everyone. This is the last email from declan. I wouldn't mind but the last time I emailed he said sarah was speaking to the ip directly . I have constantly emailed and chased him the last two days and nothing. A simple we can't help or we have no timeline would do instead of throwing a bone then withdrawing it and hope alongside it. The email was....on wednesday Tomorrow we will get your IP to review documents and confirm happy with everything.
Normally we draft the report and send to everyone but this can take time so rather than doing that we will infor5m the Insolvency Service first - please note this is only subject to IP approval as it is abit unusual however given the nature of your case and the circumstances surrounding it this is what we will try And do which again we will try to get tomorrow or Friday depending on IP.
....Yesterday thursday I chased declan all day. Today the same and sar was according to declan on thursday speaking to the ip! Crazy

Thanks eveyone. Declan has emaied saying he will phone my husbands workplace. Nothing about a timeline and no response to my question as to if he was away then why did he promise to do the above and also why did sarah not email me instead after speaking to the ip on thursday. I have also told declan that management do not. Talk. They are past that stage as they have waited patiently for months and having read the emails from dfd they have "no confidence" intheir promises. They want to see a visual email or letter saying the insolvency have been notified or a definate timeline. No response as yet to this from declan....
