This is an absolute disgrace. The paperwork you need would take no more than five minutes of someone's time, and the fact that your husband might lose his job over this is incomprehendable. I cannot believe that this firm would want to suffer the continual bad publicity this post is alerting the general public to, even if they don't care about this poor man as an individual.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Positive Mental Attitude!!!! Try to relax this evening as much as you can so you can get stuck into them tomorrow when the office opens.

As your husband's employer are giving him a little time, I would be very quick to escalate this to the regulators or FOS at close of business tomorrow if I hadn't received the paperwork.

You've been very patient so far!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck - we're all behind you x

Bol, melanie and niobe thanks for your support. I am going to give andy a chance tomorrow with his contact tomorrow then I have no alternative to escalate. I have had nothing from declan besides on friday he said he was out of office and can't he phone my husbands employers. He side stepped the issue of the insolvency notification and timeline promised. He said sarah was "talking to the ip" on tursday then nothing. Sarah could have emailed me. My husbands employers have waited months now. He even took annual leave so dfd could sort it out. Then he went on non financial duties as they believed after getting a copy of the completion certficate that the notification was forth coming. Having ead declans emails over the last months (since feb when we made our first lup sum payment) they have no confidence, so I have to sort this tomrrow. My husband has agreed to go to the dr tomorrow as he's so depressed. I am working double shifts (just incase) I am off on a waking night having just finished a shift at 2pm this afternoon. So tired, but it has to be done. My ip is eleanor mckinnion. I will email toorrow afternoon . Sorry for going over and over stuff but its just knocked me for six really how its been dealt with. If anyone knows the email address for my ip please post it. Thank you all so much again, really helping me get my fighting spirit back....again! X

You couldn't be doing any more than you are Gina! You just need to keep going for a little while longer and then this will all settle down and become a bad memory.

I can only imagine how stressful this is and you've worked so hard to try and not reach this point - it is so unfair.

Hopefully a chat with the dr will help your husband. He needs to find some fight too!!

x
