Try to get your husband to take this one day at a time...it is understandable that he is thinking about worst case scenarios (who wouldn't). But it would be scandalous if a DFD client lost their job because of negligence in their administrative processes!!! They will not let that happen...and the regulatory bodies would not allow t to come to that!

I found my IP's contact details on the Insolvency Register. Did you read the post from someone over the weekend who said she/he got their certificate from DFD, and said about someone being really helpful there? Really, really routing for you Gina.gu. X

Hiya everyone. Just spoke to imogen at dfd very helpful. She's going to speak to my ip and sarah at completions and get me a timeline. She's emailing m back this morning or if not someone else will do this afternoon. Will email karol as I need t know the next step regarding complaints if I have no luck today. Tina do you know. Hi Gina - hopefully it will not come to that but if it does each company has their own complaints procedure and needs to have it clearly located on their website. I have checked and DFD is at the bottom of their home page. As I say though hopefully they will ensure you are called back today and the matter dealt with. Good luck!
