Are you due a ppi amount, has it ever been missold to you?

If you've not then why do they bother?

Sorry stormsylv - it's my error - clutching at straaws c/o Gina.gu; sincere apologies for confusing things Gina.gu. Surely they write an official letter for hubby's work clarifying he's met all the conditions, and it's only open for PPI/VAT which is beyond his control? One would hope any reasonable employer would accept this? X

Gillib. No because its a government body rules can't be broken. They say they have been bent to the max. Plus we have no ppi. I am going to fight it as we have an email saying we do not have to claim

Hi

I have seen the response from your IP and it is very sad that completion is held up by the PPI claim. I think your IPs hands are tied but it does seem very unfair when you consider the consequences for your husband.

Don't give up Gina

Hi andy. I will not give up. It now seems my ip is responsible too for saying we don't have to claim and now we do? Going through complaints now

What a mess! Hopefully the complaints procedure will help bring things to a speedy conclusion if Declan can't make your IP see sense.
