I will stick with orange, obviously you can get a sim only on your own network but not be able to change. Orange are ok for me. What phone have you got kallis? I got the samsung tocca, my contract ends in january.

I like samsung phones, though on the tocca I find the camera isn't very good, though its supposed to be 5 meg pixel.

Not tried mine yet - it's an 8 megapixel, but I do like the touch screen much better than the LG I had, it's a lot bigger and easier to read.

orange have rung me to say they not renewing my contract when it ends soon but im not bothered cos it will save me forty quid a month. Dont have a landline and my mobile broadband ends soon which im not renewing and that will save me another tenner a month. I will just use payphone at end of street.

I'll let you know nearer the date if I still like it!

Bit of bad luck if I don't though as I'm tied in for two years now!

To have my phone over 18 months, it would have cost me £50 (or thereabouts) to put towards the phone, which I could have managed, but had no card!

As it is, my contract has gone up by a fiver a month.

I usually have whatever's free! Last time I upgraded I was surprised as I got what was then a brand new phone free, whereas if I'd been a new customer on the same tariff I would have had to pay.

O2 are pretty good - existing customers get the same deals as new customers.

I didn't make it clear really (not the first time!) but by going on the 2 year contract, my phone didn't cost. I have had to pay an extra fiver on the contract, but I get 1200 minutes and 1000 texts and a free unlimited web bolt on. It does for me as I never go over that anyway.
