Are you already in an IVA - or just thinking about one? If you have lost all of your disposbale income and have no money left to repay your creditors, the best thing to do would be to consider bankruptcy proceedings. This is a fairly painless procedure these days, and will bring you much needed relief from your creditors fairly immediately.
