Protect IVA Survey – Please help us to help you.

DMS will be providing a BREAD Prepaid Maestro® Debit Card ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE (subject to identity verification, no credit check required) to the first 100 Forum Members who complete our SURVEY. BREAD CARDS NORMALLY COST £10.00

Protect IVA’s objective is to have your Creditors pay for an insurance policy that will make up to 60 monthly IVA payments when you can’t because of Illness or Injury, and up to the equivalent of 15 whilst you seek another job because of Redundancy. We have been working on this for 18 months, and have now approached The Insolvency Exchange (TIX) asking to present this to them, with a view to requesting their endorsement of it. We meet them on December 10th. Your replies to our Survey will really help us to present a solid case to them.

The Protect IVA Survey will ask you nine questions about Payment Protection Insurance for IVA payments.

The information you supply could really help us to increase the chances of IVA’s being successful.

By way of saying THANK YOU we will e-mail to the first 100 Forum Members who complete our survey an Application Form for a Bread Pre-Paid Maestro Debit Card. You simply complete this and submit it, and you will receive your Bread Card ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE.

DMS HAS ALREADY PAID FOR 100 CARDS FOR YOU.

I understood it that it was only the passport that was digital and you can apply with any driving licence...

Where are you sending the completed form Gordon? As per my other post I'm confused, which isn't difficult!
