Hey Sue,
Nice to have you back, hope the move went ok. Also just moved, and fully understand where you are coming from it is a nightmare. We moved over three days and it rained for those three days, moving in the cold and wet, not nice. Also had Internet probs, had to use dial up while waiting for broadband to transfer to new number and just couldn't get it working. Called Aol, they couldn't get it working. Had one of those 'Whatever happens next' policy things which I took out when I bought the computer a few years ago, which costs £5 a month and you can phone them to get tech advice for free. But that stopped when I changed my account and I never took it back out. So they wanted £20 just to sort out that one problem over the phone, but as I need it for my business I had no choice but to pay (all the things I could have got for 20quid has been running through my mind ever since) but after days of shouting at the computer, hours of frustration trying everything, phone calls, and £20, they finally found the problem for me...... I was using the wrong stupid cable in the wrong stupid socket...DOHHHH!!!
Ahhhwell all sorted now, anyway nice to see you back Sue :-)
All the best Mike

Hi Sue and welcome back. I thought you had been spirited back to South Africa!

Suzanne was wondering if you still wanted us to negotiate with the Official Receiver for you? E-mail me separately if you need anything.
