Hi Zoe hang in there you have Melanie on your side and if anyone can get answers and a viable outcome then you have one of the best.
Like Ang says why not go home if thats possible try and get your bearings then you may feel a bit stronger and be able to deal with things as they unfold, its very hard being in an enviroment where nobody understands what you are going through,we are all here to give support.
Keep posting im sure you will get answers and find away forward.

Sorry to hear of your troubles Zoe. Do hang in there, hopefully the issue with the creditor can be resolved and you have upto two weeks to adjourn, so all is not lost yet. Many proposals seem to get rejected 1st time, mine and Sue H's are just two examples! But we both got accepted in the end. Fingers crossed, you'll get some positive news soon.

Hi, Zoe. How are you doing? Have you heard why your IVA was rejected yet? Mine was rejected yesterday and adjourned for 14 days so I know how you feel.

Can I let everyone know that Zoe is fine and that I am still working furiously on her case.

In view of the sensitive issues surrounding Zoe's IVA, I have advised her to sit tight and await the outcome which I hope to have resolved by this time next week. Rest assured she will be back on the forum soon offering support and guidance to others as she has done over the last few months.

Lily

I am not encouraging any "censorship" of forum posts - the forum is free for everyone to post as they see fit at any time. I just wanted everyone to know that Zoe is doing OK, and that her rejection vote is being dealt with.
