I sent all of my remaining documents and paperwork off to Accuma Two Weeks ago and I know that they have recieved it because I needed one of the items returning and I received it back two days later, I have not heard anything from them since, Is this is normal or should I ring them and see how everything is going, I do not want to bother them if this is the norm.

Its always worth a little call to your company/ip every now and then just to see how things are progressing. It is perfectly normal to have not had any further response within two weeks of sending back your info though.
I used Grant Thornton, at a very busy time it has to be said, and it was more like 5or6 weeks before I received the draft proposal after sending back my info. Thereafter, everything moved reasonably quickly for me though an adjornment of the meeting added a further two weeks into the process. So it was about 3 1/2 months between first call to accepted IVA for me!

IVA's do take a little time to put together, but this does not mean that you are not entitled to regular updates from your IP. Try ringing them once a week to see how things are going.

Hi,

It would do no harm in giving them a call to see how they are progressing and if they need any further information from you.

Kind regards

Nicola

Hello Daisy,

I hope everything is going well.

Have you called Accuma regarding the progress on your IVA?

Best of luck.
