Hi,
We are considering an IVA but really hope to be able to hold off until March 2008 when we can change mortgage lender and possible do a F & F ? Anyway, does anone know of a good IVA Company ? Don't know whether to go with a local company (but worried they might know us or someone connected to us) or a big company - Accuma seem pretty good ???
Any Ideas people ?!??!

Thanks[:X]

best advice i can give is shop around and weigh up all options, start by giving the companies on here a ring and explain why you want to leave it til march, are you insolvent now? are you missing any payments? good luck in your search.

Try iva.com Theres a list of Insolvency Practitioners and reviews .
Its always best to speak to 2 or 3 different companies to be sure the right advice has been given and you are happy with it.

Definitely speak to a couple of different companies. My advice would be to go for a smaller company who are close to where you live so that if necessary you can meet your IP face to face.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Hi stt,

As Skint advised above (thanks Skint!) we list IVA firms and their IPs. We also publish client reviews of the services that they provide which can help you decide which ones to speak to.

We recommend looking at several firms before deciding which to appoint.

Good luck with your search.

Kind regards,
Terry Balfour

Please note that some creditors have modifications preventing PPI and similar insurance schemes.
