I'm just starting an IVA and waiting for the creditors' meeting. The largest amount of money I owe is to Natwest bank. Has anyone had any problems with them voting no? I think if they say no to me then I won't get the IVA.

Hi Helsbels
Natwest were my biggest creditor but they did not vote at the meeting. I havn't heard of anyone having a problem with them.

It will depend upon the quality of your offer to be frank. NatWest are an extremely commercial bank, but if they feel that the offer is not good enough they will reject or modify it.

Natwest asked The Insolvency Exchange to deal with our large debts that we owed them in our creditors meeting - these people questioned and requested some simple modification before agreeing to our proposal - just take deep breaths and your IP I have sure will be able to turn them around if necessary.

Hi
I owed Natwest who were my largest creditor £22000 and they voted yes with 1 mod that affected me! Pay an extra £40 on top of my original offer.

Just try not to worry to much. Everything always seems to work itself out in the end.
