Hi ther I'm not an expert and am like you in debt. Do you own your own property, is bankrupcy an option.
Your Ip is the best person to talk to. They will best explain the options to you,

i am so sorry you are struggling so soon into your iva, this is a common problem we find on the forum, have you spoke to your ip about your situation?
i know creditors don't really like to vary in the first year but i feel you should discuss your situation now with your ip to see what is the best way forward.
all the best
