Hi I hope that you can help, we have been told that if we release 75k from our 95k equity we can most likely pull out of our 16 month IVA, trouble is i cant find a mortgage company that can help, do you know of anyone or any company that can offer a good rate and release the a higher amount than normal i think.
We owe a mortgage of £195 house is worth is £300k and we need 75k can anyone help

Thansk Tony has been really helpful, but we can not get the 75k that we need, so i was looking at trying to find out what else is out there. However I would also recommened Tony to anyone he is very helpful.

They have managed to get me 90% ... I think it's more the contacts than UK Bankruptcy themselves (so there are, obviously, some introduction fees changing hands) however I currently work on the basis that if someone is helping me out and pulling rabbits out of a hat for me then it is worth paying a little extra to begin with, after the two year fixed rate period has ended I should be in a position to move back to a high street lender ... certainly worth a free phone call anyway :)
