Hi Kidd
Well done! I'm only in the 1st year so far!
Usually the proposal states in which month the equity release should be, or you could check with your IP.
Please keep posting, many of us are just starting out or in the early years and survival tips and success stories are always welcome!

Great news Kidd, we can top you all, only been accepted today [;)] can't wait to be in your position. As Pixie has said, check your proposal, most recent ones are for month 54, but yours may be different due to when you took it out.
IVA completed April 2013

Great news can't wait to be in the same position! We have to get ours in month 54, but our IVA was only accepted 2 weeks ago so yours may be different - are you sure it shouldn't have been done in month 40? Which seemed to be the norm at one point from what I can gather reading this forum. Check your proposal etc just to make sure.

We have just completed our 2nd year and have 3yrs and two months to go. Seems like forever!! The first year went quickly, but this 2nd year has dragged!! I will be nearly 50 when we finish. (Well 49) May have a big party as we should finish one month before my husbands 65th birthday!
