I have an IVA but i am not satified with the company am with if i wanted to stop payment with them what would happen regarding the creditors payment ? could i contact my creditors and set up some sort of payment direct to them? or would i have to go to court to arrange these payments/ or could i write to the court who granted the IVA and explaine that am not happy with the IVA company am with and ask the court to help me with my creditors.

You could stop paying your IVA any time you want to and let it fail. You could also make arrangements with your creditors to pay them BUT they will more than likely start adding interest again, you would have to pay the whole original debt and you wont have the legal protection you have with your IVA.
