My meeting is set for 1st May and my IP has said that i will be expected to attend. I keep reading on here that people have 'waited for the phone call' for the result which sounds like people do not actually attend the meeting. Any ideas why i would be expected to attend? and if i do attend what should i expect (lined up against a wall and shot ha ha???)

Hi,
Mine was just a phonecall, as are most. The voting is done mainly by faxes I think so nothing really to worry about.

We didn't attend ours, although we could have done, but it was too far to go. We just waited for the phone call telling us it had been accepted and what the modifications were. I think the majority of people do that.

Half the time the creditors aren't there anyway as they have either already voted, or do so via phone or fax.
