90% mortgage for full and final settlement

I very much doubt it these days - I think the maximum you will get is 85% and these products are becoming rarer and rarer. Why do you need to borrow 90% as a matter of interest?

We are making a full and final settlement based on selling our house that was excluded at time of iva comencement and we are offering 1p on top of minimum dividend to pay off early and should be left with around 10% deposit so i wanted to know if anyone knew any good mortgage companies / brokerage companies that could speak to?
