Its good trish, as HSBC like the 40p in the pound.
Sorry I was struggling a bit there, but trying very hard to help.

Another thing, as I am with HSBC my min pay back offer would have to be at least 40% - am I right?

Hi Trish
Yes,as they have more than 25% of your debt they will have a simple yes or no to your proposal.
Some cases have gone through with dividends lower than 40p for HSBC,but in general that is the minimum

I thought IPs got more than that, doesnt really sound like that much does it, considering all the back chat they get?
Good luck Trish, try not to speculate, sounds like you've got a very good chance. And thanks.

Thats a bit of a worry as HSBC hold probably about60-65% of our debt.

Steve, If I remember correctly you're with Size5's team, they recently had an IVA approved with HSBC being the main creditor and it was under 40p. X

Steve, I am sure even HSBC know youre doing your best, as will size 5.
Dont worry, youre in good hands.
I remember the same case as Viki, and if I remember correctly, it was quite a bit under the 40 mark.
