Its good trish, as HSBC like the 40p in the pound.

Another thing, as I am with HSBC my min pay back offer would have to be at least 40% - am I right?

Hi
55K debts,40p dividend is 22k,plus IP fees of 6k = a pot of 28k needed,divided by 60 = £466 per month

Yes,as they have more than 25% of your debt they will have a simple yes or no to your proposal.
Some cases have gone through with dividends lower than 40p for HSBC,but in general that is the minimum

I thought IPs got more than that, doesnt really sound like that much does it, considering all the back chat they get?

When did HSBC Go up to 40p/£?? I was told by the company that was setting up my IVA that it was 37p/£

Thats a bit of a worry as HSBC hold probably about60-65% of our debt.

Steve, If I remember correctly you're with Size5's team, they recently had an IVA approved with HSBC being the main creditor and it was under 40p. X

Steve, I am sure even HSBC know youre doing your best, as will size 5.

Dont worry, youre in good hands.

I remember the same case as Viki, and if I remember correctly, it was quite a bit under the 40 mark.

I was with size5's team until i was made redundant and my propsal was dropped [for obvious reasons], but i wouldnt hesitate to ring them again once im all sorted with work!
