Has anyone heard from Thomas Charles recently? Phone Lines & Website are down, emails are bouncing back and the call i was expecting on Saturday never happened which is really unusual.

Surely a company advising people on debt would'nt go bust?? or would they... [:0]

Very strange. I've noticed they haven't posted on here for a while, but odd how the website etc is down. Hopefully one of the experts can shed some light on it for you.

Very odd. Perhaps they are in the process of selling the debts on?

One or two companies have done this.

Hello to all concerned regarding Thomas Charles.

I have found out that Thomas Charles has just invested in a new IT suite and during the migration of systems they were off line for 72 hours. Their phone lines are up and running (I have just spoken to them) and they have said their systems will be back up at some time today.
I have been with Thomas Charles for a while now and this is the first time I have not been able to communicate with them.

I spoke to the CEO PA of Accuma (who owns Thomas Charles) yesterday who thanked me for bringing their Internet/Phone problems to her attention. All resolved now.
