fingers crossed that melanie (or sue clay) does all the can for me. (they have been spot on so far!)

Yes me too.
We are with Grant Thornton. Have not received our proposal but hope to get it next week. Went with them as CCCS advised they were good for self employed people (hubby).
We have been on Debt Managment plans but as Hubby is a Cab Driver his salary has gone down and we can no longer meet the repayments, plus i did not initially put all my debt into my plan and tried to negotitae directly with the creditors on some of it.
The only good thing is that we are used to the calls etc as we went through all this a few years ago when we set up the DMP's.
Will think of you Thursday and keep everything crossed.x

Hi there eu1953

Best of luck on the 4th Nov, try not to get too worked up about it (easy to say I know!!)

Melanie handled my iva and it was approved and has been a great succes ever since.

Please post on the 4th to let us all know that all has gone well[:)]
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes
