Hi Depressed.
I am one of the managers at Mc Cambridge, Duffy and apologise for the delay. Ring me directly and I will find out what is happening. We have had phone problems all morning and they have just come back on so if you ask for me at the switchboard and explain I await your call, you will be put straight through.

I think I'd change my name as well!

Congrats depressed!
