Your nominee is exactly the right person for your creditor to deal with - that is the role of the nominee and one which they get paid for. Has the process been properly explained to you by the IP you have chosen to represent you?

Yea babes I know what you mean - Black horse are driving me nuts with their automated calling service - but until our IVA's are approved I guess its the nature of the beast! I'm just back from the quacks and am now on antibiotics. Cant shift the remains of the flu off my chest and its affecting my sinuses too! Have had a miserable 2 weeks in all really - so between getting an IVA approval and getting better that's all I want Santa to bring me this Christmas! :-) xxx

I am sure the green slime ridden nuisance monsters will be a thing of the past in the new year hunnies. This flu thing isnt good is it Fi, I got it myself right now. They are the ones bringing the flu too, they are made of snot. Thinking about them opening their presents, a box of tissues to do away with themselves, eh?

You make the most of your christmas this year as you both have a new life to look forward to whatever happens, there is an answer, there always is.

Good luck now and take care.

Yep, thats me very naughty. I like to see the funny side of things, I cant be too serious for too long. I was at the tills today and someone had a trolley full of loo roll, yes just piled high with loo roll. I had to look and wonder, you do dont you? Anyhow, some little tyke said, errrr got the sh*ts love? I nearly died there laughing, it was a bit naughty but I couldnt help it. Even my teenage son said, shush, cant take you anywhere, he was smiling though until I told him to lighten up you miserable git.
