Just to point out that your IP ought to be sending you this information as a matter of course - not at the end of difficult discussions for you. Glad the reference to the forum helped.
Great news - let us know when you receive the reports and then get back to us if you don't understand any of it.

I would say in the first instance to contact your IP if you don't understand anything as it is them who will have prepared it for you.

just a follow up havent recieved paper work yet but had another shock yesterday so asking advice on this as stated before i pay an extra £25 p/w for overtime payments after phoning them on the 5th jan 2009 the following day i recieved a reciet for £25 payment they had proceeded after my telecom to use my debit card details and automaticaly take payment without my permission are they allowed to keep my card details and take money from my bank account when they want please advise me of any appropriate action i can take before i phone them this morning and give them another sky rocket
If you have agreed to them doing this, then yes, however I do not use direct debit facilities for my clients, preferring to trust them to send in the payments themselves which does usually happen.
If you agreed the direct debit scheme, and agreed the payment with your IP firm, it would seem that they have acted appropriately.
I am sure that they would need to have an agreed authority from you to execute a direct debit facility on your bank account, but you should certainly check this out as if they have acted inappropriately you may have grounds for complaint.
just got off the phone with my ip who have amitted they did take the money out using my debit card details that they should not have had.also it was done without my consent and said they are investigating why they still had my card details they also said for them to continue with the investigation i need to write to there compliance officer. my question is is their any other action i can take against them
Disgusting and diabolical - you could report them. Sorry you have had such a bad experience. Who are they?

If you go to the Insolvency Service website - www.insolvency.gov.uk and look up your IP under "Find an IP" this will tell you of their personal regulatory body.
