That is really sad - could I suggest that you get an IP to look at this for you in the first instance, as people like David and I do a certain amount of work on a gratis basis, and I cannot speak for him but I am sure either of us would be happy to take a quick look to see if you have grounds for complaint.
And a direct complaint to the regulatory body would not cost you anything either - so try and not spend Mum's money too soon, it may be unecessary.
Let us know the outcome. It certainly sounds as though you have been treated shabbily and it will be interesting to see what happens.

I, like Melanie would be happy to review the facts free of charge and give you my opinion. You can contact either of us by getting details from our Avatar.

thank you for everything u have said. im due to have a meeting with solicitors on monday to discuss my case which is offered free of charge. i cannot afford to use them further, although my mother has agreed to meet the future costs if i have to, but she has very limited funds. i thank u , from the bottom of my heart for your offers, and i hope u dont mind too much if i request your opininion on things after my meeting on monday. thank you
Once you have spoken to your solicitor, why not take Melanie or David up on their offer to review your case free of charge? What have you got to lose?

Yeh i think i will, thanks for suggesting it. I am very nervous now of trusting professionals but i hope i can trust them here, i badly need someone i can trust on this. cheers for your messages, it means a lot that someone can take time out to answer to a complete stranger
Kallis3 u r right, nothin to lose i guess. I just need to get my case over with so i can then warn others that not everyone who is offering IVAs are honest. That is a very sad fact, that there are ppl and companies out there who are willing to exploit people that are on their knees
Billy, all the professional expert who post on here are trustworthy. Melanie and David are recommended.

and i do appreciate that it is a dilemma. i have told the truth but i fear no one will beleive me that an IP can be dishonest, i guess this is where i get banned from posting
Was it your IP who told you he/she is very well known on the IP Circuit? Although it is a small marketplace, I don't know all IPs and I only mix with very reputable ones.
