When you say you have tried every site, have you actually spoken to anyone, or have you been using the 'debt wizards'? It would definitely be worth you actually speaking to someone.

You've got nothing to lose by speaking to them.

BTW I hope you don't think I'm being pushy!

I agree with you Skippy, speaking to someone rather than filling a form in online is much better and might bring about the desired result.

If you have to pay any money over you can either pay it by cheque or by adjusting your standing order.

Hi All

Well I have lost count of the IVA companies I have phoned today

reach few have got nasty on the phone.

All want at least 5p in the pound given me sums of £300 what I cant make £230 to £250 been ok so am deciding the file BR I have tryed Melanies firm but never get calls back so gather my figures are not going to work.

Just wanted to update every one am decided to file bankruptcy

There is clearly a problem with my website which I will be looking into as a matter of some urgency.

Firstly, we do not reject people for IVAs who only have £230 of disposable income.

Secondly, we have a call tripping system in operation which guarantees your call will be answered.

I am very sorry that this seems to be giving you a false impression of how we operate, the two things you refer to are very unusual, and I will be looking into this tomorrow.

Could you confirm how much you actually owe to your creditors which may give further indication as to why your initial enquiry is having some difficulty?
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

I'm sure if Melanie sees this post she will arrange for you to be called back.

Good luck, and if you have any questions please post and someone will be able to help you x
