Hi Andy

Is there anyway you could invite DFD onto this forum, so they would see all the problems people are having with them ?

David is sure to have a contact in DFD - whether he can persuade them to join the forum may be another matter. Have they signed up to your DRF project yet David?

DFD have decided to join the Debt Resolution Form (DRF) which members have to adhere to strict standards. Whenever there has been a post to do with DFD which requyires resolving I have given the thread to them and they have responded. When I see their representative next week I will suggest they have a presence on this forum as suggested.

I think it would be great if they could just see and hear the problems people are having and hopefully they will sort there own internal problems out !!

Hi
Just to add that any IVA firm/IP that post on here should be applauded. They are making themselves fully transparent to both current and future clients.
