Yes i'm a little sad doing this now... Had to check the Insolvency Register at midnight and it says:

Status: Discharged On 14 February 2009

I just cannot believe how quick the year has gone. I will update my blog over the weekend to report the highs and lows of the year and hopefully offer a few pearls of wisdom to others.

Happy happy!![:D][:D][:D]

Thats fantastic - please update your blog, be interesting to read how the year has gone for you.

Hubby has gone BR this week, so we are just starting out on this journey after diverting from the IVA route!

Well done to you

Brilliant news.Bet it's such a lovely feeling? Just wondering though. You are now 'discharged' but will that remain on the register indefinately? I would have thought it was taken off? All the best.

cat1 - it doesn't remain on the register indefinetely, it should be taken off shortly.
