I don't think you will have any problem in keeping your existing car, since as each day goes by it is worth less and less, so don't worry.

Just a last thought, does anyone know how the insolvency service deal with cash in bank in relation to bankruptcy? Are you allowed to have any? Are you allowed to keep any? Appreciate any help. Paul & Boss.
The official receiver will ask you how much in your accounts - we explained ours was for impending bills. As long as you can justify it. The account maybe frozen, not by the OR but by your bank, so be prepared to have to find an other account.
