I COMPLETED MY IVA NEARLY 7 MONYHS AGO.I asked my bank today for a small loan and to up grade my account and I was told I had no hope ever of getting a loan or upgrading my account. please help.

Hi and welcome.

Your credit rating will be shot for the next 5 months. The IVA will drop off your record at the end of 6 years. You then need to check that there are no defaults still registered, if there are, you need to get the companies concerned to remove them.

You will be able to get credit again, it might take a while though.

Once the 6 years is up, I would think of possibly changing your account if your bank are telling you this.
