Hi

I don't actually own anything in my house that can be taken, but I do have my mates decks in my cellar for parties etc. These are not mine but in my house... Should I get him to take them back to he's house or do you think it'll be ok to leave?

They'll be fine. The OR is only interested in anything of value that belongs to you, so as they belong to your mate there's not a problem.

Ok, this is good... The only thing we worried about is the fact that they are old... at least 6 years and he don't have the proof anymore that he brought them.

I should also have said that no one will actually go to your house. You only need to declare any assets (only yours) on the BR forms.

The same as me! I did put my laptop down, but they weren't interested in that either!
