I'm getting nervous. I have my full and final creditors' meeting on Thursday at 10.15 but I have just checked with BE and none of them have voted yet. I'm starting to worry it's a bad sign.
I've offered £16,000. I owed £17,000 and have already paid £4500 into it. I did have a 4th year equity clause. That's sounds okay doesn't it?
Good luck popcorn - don't forget they have until the day of the meeting to vote!

Popcorn - your offer is fine - don't worry it will go through!

Just to let you all know it has just been accepted! My Mum is paying the money in on 1 April 2009 and I will be debt free for the first time in 15 years (I am 32!).
Thank you all so much for your help and reassurance !
Good luck for the future, and don't forget to let us know how you are getting on.
