I am 2 & half years into my IVA
I am getting married in a few months.
Will my IVA affect my wife to be in any way?
She has no income and works for free as a full time mother to our beautiful 18month daughter.
But any money she was to earn, could she be asked to contribute to my IVA? or could she keep this?
Would I have to let them know when I am married again?
You will need to keep your IP informed of changes in circumstances and a new I&E will need done. However, your wife's income is her own and as she was not involved in the original I&E the IP will not be seeking to take any surplus she may have. The IP will of course want to ensure that she pays her fair share of the bills but other than that it should not be an issue.
Interesting point. Presumably she was living with you when you did all the figures for the IVA. At that time she had no income. Now there is a possibility that the joint household income will go up. I believe some of her wages would need to be recogbnised and go into the pot to defray the totality of household expenses.

At the time when I took out the IVA she was not with me.
We have been living together for the past 2 years when my partner fell pregnant.
I do account for us both along with baby on my expenditure forms.
My partner currently does not work so has no income to contribute.
But would I need to tell the IPs when we are married that I have a wife?
Best to tell your IP any change in circumstances - so yes. Don't worry.
