Hi, I was looking at the list of creditors and I am no concerned that, appart from my HSBC bills all of my creditors are on the list that was posted and none of them voted. What happens if none of my creditors bother to vote?
Cheers Geo

They are all still bound by the IVA - no problems.

Even ones that vote 'No' are bound by it, provided that you have enough 'Yes' votes.

Your IP should adjourn and attempt to get 1 yes vote - otherwise you have not got an IVA in place. Chase your IP to do something immediately. Who is your IP?
