12 to 200000 - what a shambles. Here one person - 9 villages and one town - p/t station.Council traffic wardens though - twelve of them at the last count.

theres approx 250 all in all working this town(aross 5 shifts and various squads who could be called in if need be ) but just the dozen working the 999 response. i would say thats typical of most towns that size

Thanks for that pap. - Ill keep you updated!

I contacted Melanie about 10 days ago now, and have to say that her crew have been very quick and efficient. I had most of the paperwork anyway, and am just waiting for a house valuation, and a balance on a loan. What happens after i have sent this back? is this when the IVA proposal gets drawn up and sent for me to sign? Then the creditor stage i suppose. <- Bites nails!

Very best wishes to the both of you.

Once you've sent it all back, Melanies team do what they need to do to verify and make sure everything's there. After that your proposal is drawn up, you'll have 2 telephone appointments (we had one with Tom and then he emailed the proposal through and then one with Melanie to go through all the details) and then it comes to you by post. Once you've checked it and are happy with it, it's signed and sent back and they call the meeting. I think it's 16 days after they get the proposal back.

Gosh - I actually sound like I know something!!!
