Never heard of them - are they a debt company?

I'd stop immediately with chasing this company and talk to The IVA Advice Bureau (Melanie Giles company), I wish I had gone directly to them myself as it cost me around 6 weeks going through Vincent Bond, although VB where great but they wouldn't pass my case onto an IP until they received their first setup fee.

I would say that for people in trouble like ourselves finding a reputable company is hard when you are looking for a way out, I thought reading VB's website that they would be handling everything only to find out it was passed on, leaving me feeling that I have paid money for nothing.

May I please second what tele2002 has said - you wll find Melanie excellent- she considers all the options and recommends only what is suitable and then strives to achieve it - also she operates at a personal level - you will be a person not a number

I do agree that you need to look elsewhere - you should have been well on the way to an IVA now, if not already in one.

Speak to one or two companies before making a decision. If you visit www.iva.com you will find a list of companies and reviews. You will receive free and impartial advice about all the options open to you.

Let us know how you get on, and make sure you are happy with the company you use.
