My credit card was Lombard Direct, which is part of RBS. They were extremely helpful, even pointing me in the direction of Payplan both over the phone and by letter. They were not aggressive, and once they knew I was going for an IVA, they left me alone.

My Direct Line loan was even better - they wrote once and never phoned.

evesy - don't worry your IP firm is part of the Paymex Group (one of their members posts here when there are relevent issues to address)and they would not have put forward an IVA for you if that was not the appropriate solution. Good luck and don't worry.

we had a mixture of 4 credit cards and a loan with various parts of the RBS group and they were our 2nd largest creditor and they all voted yes to our iva and that was on 27th april

Don't be nervous evesy - as previously posted by others RBS are very supportive and your provider would not have put your case forward if they did not think it would be successful.
