My wife is on a warning over her sickness record. Seems daft since the last time she was off sick was when she was suspended after false allegations were made(she is a nurse working for the NHS).
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.
I am waiting to go for an attendance review at work - even though it was a one off operation and they know it is nothing to do with work, I still have to go.

It annoys me when organisations have these stupid procedures in place. Its normally the larger ones too and they make no allowances for individuals. However, an employer who dismisses an employee who is genuinely unfit for work, will find themselves in an employment tribunal. The only exceptions are if the employee has not been employed for at least 12 months and if the employee has not adhered to procedures.
Hang in there sweet mysteries - how long have you been in your IVA and who are you with?
Have you taken any advice on your absences due to sickness? What does you contract of emplyment/employee manual say? What happened about your complaint against bullying from your boss?
