thank you Jan. I just wish I could take you all for a drink tommorow night. I am just having a glass of home made wine and it has quite a kick to it so might be asleep soon.

I though I was one of the unlucky ones...tried for a 70p but the creditors put in a modification when I took it out and I ended up paying 92p in the pound over six years....Did do it though !

Skippy, many thanks.

Melanie, I am so grateful for all the help that you have given me over these last few weeks you would not believe. Thank you so very much and I know David M will do all he can to get the right result but what will be will be. I am so grateful for the hardwork that you have put in to secure the result you did today as I would have been devestated if David's case had not been successful even though I knew deep down even though there was difficult circumstances it would be accepted. Everybody on here could not have done anymore for me and I say thankyou to you all.

The people on this forum are so special, some are experts, others are in debt but at the ned of the day it is one big happy family that pulls through everything. We may feel like failures at times but we have all made mistakes because of the best of intentions. I will hold my head up high now no matter what as debt is not a criminal offence and niether did I commit any criminal offence to end up in debt and I know I could have done no more. Thank you so much everyone, especially Melanie, David Mond, David and J, Jan, Skippy, Cazlizzy, dand, Phil, ricbro to name a few. I am overwhelmed with all your help.

What a lovely post Paul and very kind. I am very touched by your words, and it is a times like this that I am glad I entered and stayed in this profession. Every bit of me will be crossed for you tomorrow - and make sure you post as soon as you have some news - which I fully predict will be good news.

My last minute thoughts - take a deep breath and try and relax and remain focussed - everything will be fine and we'll contact you very soon thereafter.

If Man U can go into the lions den and out gun the gunners - you are already safe and home.

I will be in touch.
