im sorry i agree ive been in a panic my father is very sick so its all come at once.
I respect david monde and abacus entirely but their draft they emailed me was totally up the pole a lot of totally inaccurate details which is of concern of course if these people are handling my money
No need to apologise, and I'm sorry to hear about your father.
I really think for the sake of your health you need to choose a company and stick with them. All the changing and contacting different companies can't be doing you any good x
I very firmly agree with that. If, at the end of the day, they don't get it right for you, then you can change at any time, but you do need to get going now.
Hi
As advised before stick with this company for now. If you move you will incur more fees and the whole process will have to start again.
You are paying for a service so just make sure that you receive a satisfactory one.

im disgraced by some of the standards. One company stated i will put on full make up and meet you in manchester if if helps your decision. regulations?
Unfortunately, some of these companies do leave a lot to be desired.
I now agree that you should stick with the company you have paid upfront for. You do need to make a decision soon.

Hi
We certainly need a better, more professional standard of advice given at the very first point of contact. The above example just shows an absolute disregard for people with debt problems.

How incredibly unprofessional to make such a crass and unecessary comment to you, and how sad that the company you initially trusted got things so wrong.
Put your trust into a company that feels right - and please get things going as I think you are getting very muddled at all of the differing options. A DMP is very simple - the company takes your money, divides it up amongst creditors and pays it for you on a regular basis. They should also strive to get interest stopped as well.
