welcome to the forum lottie, creditors dont often say no but sometimes ask for variations like timescales or equity release from property.insolvency practitioners make allowances for variations before proposing your iva offer to give it the best chance of being accepted.iva,s are very flexible depending on different circumstances.its natural to be nervous but i,m sure all will be well for you.good luck.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

The chosen IP wouldnt put a proposal forward if they didnt think it would be accepted.

Who are the creditors and what pence in the £ is being offered?

Which insolvency firm have you used?

If they are proposing the best offer then you have nothing to worry about(but you still will worry)!!
